These General Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.
The website owner and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the user’s domicile for any issues that may arise or actions that may be taken related to the provision of the web service, its services, and contents, as well as the interpretation, application, compliance, or non-compliance with what is established herein.
